Terms and Conditions:

  • Prepaid participants are guaranteed to have seats and Learning Session materials.
  • Walk-in participants and those who have reserved seats but will only pay on the day of the event will be on the waiting list. Seats and learning materials shall be subject to availability.
  • IndoAsia Kom reserves the option to cancel or reschedule a learning session if the minimum number of participants is not met.

  • Once we receive your reservation, cancellations made seven (7) days before the learning event will be charged 30% of regular rate as administrative fee.
  • There will be no refund for no attendance on the day of the program.
